Caregiver & Client of the Month: Mar. 2021

Every month, we honor and recognize a client and caregiver of the month, who is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond in their current job responsibilities.

Caregiver David

I have been a family caregiver with Hands From The Heart Home Healthcare Services for three years. As a family caregiver, I learned more about caring for elders who suffer from mental health. I became a family caregiver because I wanted to give back to the person who always invested in and cared for me, my mother. My job is rewarding. I get paid good money to take care of my family. As a bonus, I get to spend more time with my mom as well. My advice to new family caregivers is to take advantage of all they have to offer and never be afraid to ask questions or seek advice.

Client Theresa

The first person I dealt with at Hands From The Heart was Chrissy who was respectful and helpful. This is the only agency I have ever been with and it has been very beneficial for my son (my caregiver) and me. David is very supportive and makes sure I am safe and taken care of properly. My advice to future caregivers is to set appropriate boundaries with your client.
